Swimming Pool Floats
You can’t own a swimming pool or have plans on hanging out at the public swimming pool all summer long without having a pool float. They are great to float around on when you just feel like relaxing and soaking up the summer sun. Just like swimming pool toys swimming pool floats come in all shapes and sizes now days so it isn’t too hard to find the perfect pool float that fits your price range.
Unfortunately since there is such a large variety of pool floats available we are only going to be touching the surface as to what is available out there, but I hope by the time you finish this article you will have a better idea of just some of the pool floats that are available.
Foam Pool Floats
One option for swimming pool floats is a foam pool float. These vinyl coated foam floats are extremely buoyant and also feature an integrated head rest. The vinyl coated foam pool floats are very resistant to wear and you are able to easily clean them by just washing them off with a garden hose. My favorite feature of these swimming pool floats is the fact that there is nothing to inflate or worry about getting a tear, or a hole, and then deflating. This next pool float is great! It is also produced by Texas Recreation and is called the Softie Folding Lounge Chair. Floating around the swimming pool in this lounge chair just looks relaxing. The Softie Folding Lounge Chair is made of the same vinyl coated foam as their foam pool floats which provides both comfort and ease of cleaning. The lounge chair also features an unnoticeable steel frame support structure with arm rests on each side of the lounge chair with integrated cup holders. You can’t forget the drinks!
The Softie Folding Lounge Chair is a great product, but it is a little pricey in my opinion. With prices ranging in the $150 to $180 range depending on where you look.
Inflatable Pool Floats
When I was a child I remember my my mother going out to the local Kmart and buying me an inflatable raft so I could float around the pool. There was usually only one style and maybe two or three colors to pick form, but for some reason it always seems like I ended up with an orange float. These inflatable swimming pool floats were always cheaply made out of thin vinyl and rarely lasted the whole summer. Well things have changed a lot over the years. You can still get these cheap pool floats, but there are also a wide variety of shapes and sizes of inflatable swimming pool floats available in a wide range of prices.
Floating Pool Lounger
